The class is Trauma informed, designed by a Registered Clinical Counsellor and Yoga Teacher who specialises in Trauma Counselling. The purpose of each pose being demonstrated separately is so you can choose which you would like to do. You have the option of doing one pose each day, a different pose throughout the day or the full sequence which would be 1 hour.
