About Conversations in Nature

Hello, My name is Kirsten. I am a Holistic Clinical Counsellor who believes the healing journey is beautiful, although challenging and difficult. My own lived experience means I hold hope and a knowing of what can happen once we heal and get to know ourselves, as we are.  I specialise in Grief, Suicide Bereavement and healing after trauma, including Childhood Trauma, Family Violence and all of life's transitions we face as part of being human.  

I am based in Melbourne where I offer "walk and talk" therapeutic counselling sessions. Throughout Australia I offer phone and video sessions. I offer both short term and long term counselling depending on your needs and goals.

How we might work together

My approach is based on person centred therapy, knowing that your journey is unique, you set the pace. I will work with you, where you are. I offer a warm, safe and confidential space for you to share your story, understand your experience and recognise your strengths so you can guide yourself towards the life you want. Some of us want to thrive, others survive through exceptional circumstances.
