A little about Kirsten;
Do you have a patient or client who is struggling with a challenging situation but does not meet the criteria for a Mental Health diagnosis?
Someone you think would benefit from counselling. I am available for consultations if you would like more information about me and to see if you think I would be a good fit for your patient.

I work with individuals only - no couple counselling.

I am a registered provider for National Redress,
Counselling and Psychological Care (CPC) Service Victoria.
I am registered as a Counselling Provider with WorkSafe Victoria
I have worked in Victorian High/Senior Schools,
An Indigenous Family Violence Organisation and
a service that offered Suicide Bereavement Counselling.
I offer Counselling by Phone, Zoom and Walk and Talk in the CBD
and Yoga by Zoom (or if client wants in a park in the CBD)
* Walk and Talk is held in Gardens within the CBD. Nature Therapy for those who want to add movement and the healing qualities of Nature to their counselling experience.

Please note that people do not require a referral to attend counselling, though some people may find this comforting having the support of their GP.
As I am a counsellor and will be providing counselling- there is no need for a Mental Health Care Plan and there are no rebates.
