This session is a free session - Pranayama - Breath Work Includes 4 different Breaths that are also used within the Yoga- Healing Trauma Course. The Long Exhale Ocean Breath Alternate Nostril Breathing Box Breath I offer this to you as a way of getting to know me, how I teach. The course is Trauma informed, designed by me, a Registered Clinical Counsellor and Yoga Teacher who specialises in Trauma Counselling. This course is thoughtfully crafted for those seeking gentle, restorative practices to nurture their well-being and restore balance to their lives. Whether you are navigating the challenges of work, family, or personal health, this program offers a safe and supportive space to reconnect with your body and mind. Guided by evidence-based yoga techniques, you will learn how to activate your body’s natural healing response, calm the nervous system, and cultivate resilience. Each yoga posture is accessible, tailored specifically to support Healing Trauma. The program emphasises a compassionate, person-centered approach, allowing you to progress at your own pace and honor your unique journey. The purpose of each pose being demonstrated separately is so you can choose which you would like to do. You have the option of doing one pose each day, a different pose throughout the day or the full sequence which would be 1 hour. In addition to physical practices, you’ll explore self-care strategies, journaling prompts, which are designed to enhance your recovery. This session was designed to help you will feel empowered with practical tools to manage stress, improve energy levels, and foster lasting emotional and physical well-being.
