We can spend time in sessions exploring your story with the goal of finding a theme, question or new strategy that you can journal between sessions. This might be the perfect way for you to continue your personal growth between sessions.

Throughout our sessions we will certainly be exploring your self-care practices and understanding of what self care means for you. This may include unlearning what clever marketing has taught us self care is. 
Self care is part of our healing. The intention of looking after one's self is vital to healing and feeling safe in the world.

Yoga - Healing Tauma

Somatic Healing 

Yoga - Healing Trauma is a 7 week program I have created to support you to heal your trauma - perhaps you are not ready or unable to talk about the trauma you have experienced or perhaps you have no memory of the trauma but can feel it, it may present as; feeling disconnected from your body, anxious but unsure why, reoccurring nightmares that make no sense or you don't remember the details when you wake and more...

I am currently offering this 7 week program as 1:1 sessions via Zoom Also happy to discuss in home or in the great outdoors if you are in Melbourne CBD.
