Self care is part of our healing. The intention of looking after one's self is vital to healing and feeling safe in the world.

Embracing Self-Compassion

Perhaps you want to heal through journalling on your own. This workbook is the perfect way to learn how to journal for your wellbeing. Where to start with journalling for your wellbeing, it includes the science about why journalling works for our health and wellbeing and also ideas and prompts to help get you started.

It can be daunting to start a journal, often we don't know where to start or what to write, so this workbook is for you if you have perhaps bought a journal but haven't yet started to write or maybe the workbook will be the support you need to purchase your first journal.
