Stress-Relief Yoga Practices to Soothe Your Mind and Body

Who finds Counselling helpful?
Counselling isn't only for the person who experienced the Trauma or challenge directly. Supporting someone who has been through difficult times can be hard, and sometimes the supporter needs support. Counselling supports the person who is the supporter, so that they can emotionally regluate, form a support network, have their experience validated, and then offer support to their person without becoming dis-regulated.
